Deliveries

We currently offer delivery up to 15 miles from our base in Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire, subject to a minimum order value of £15.00. We do not yet offer delivery of any Date Night meals outside these areas, but we can for Event Catering or Private Dining.

For most of our menus, you will be able to choose a delivery slot during checkout. You can choose to have your order delivered between either 10AM and 2PM, or 2PM and 6PM on your chosen delivery date – subject to availability.

Someone must be available to receive the order on the day of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of the items we sell, your order may be forfeited without refund when a delivery is unsuccessful.

Our ordering system is super simple, but here are some common questions we get asked about our menus.

For all Date Night meals, we’ll include printed instructions on how best to reheat and serve each dish, with timings and temperatures included.

To reheat, you’ll usually just need an oven with a suitable baking tray, and sometimes a hob for some of the dishes with sauces.

Presentation can make a big difference if you’re trying to impress guests! We’d recommend crockery appropriate to the dishes you ordering. If you’d like any tips, please get in touch!

We freshly prepare all Date Night menus the day before your scheduled delivery day, and we’ll keep your order in our fridges until it is delivered to you.

The shelf life of your order is usually 3 days from the delivery date, although we’d recommend trying to consume on the day of delivery for maximum freshness.

You’ll need to keep your order in the fridge until you’re ready to reheat and serve it. Please don’t freeze it for later consumption, as some items in your order won’t be suitable for this.

We cannot always guarantee our Date Night menus will feature gluten-free options, but if we do they will be noted in the list of potential allergens.

For any Bespoke Menu, we are able to completely cater to your exact requirements – so just ask.

Our Date Night menus usually feature at least one vegetarian option per course, but we cannot guarantee that vegan options will be available.

Whilst we make every effort to state the known allergens for each of our products here, we do prepare items in a kitchen where allergens may be present.

We cannot guarantee trace amounts won’t come into contact with the item you have ordered.

You can purchase gift vouchers online; when you do, it will be allocated a unique code which can either be used on our website for Date Night orders, or alternatively towards the cost of a Private Dining or Bespoke Menu experience. Any unused credit can be saved for a future purchase.

You (or your chosen recipient) can receive the voucher digitally via email. Alternatively you can choose to have it professionally printed on premium heavy paper, and delivered in an envelope for a few pounds extra.

All gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

You can make bookings for private dining, event catering, date nights or gift vouchers online.
