Our menus are designed to frequently showcase the very best produce available, with tastes changing throughout the seasons. We can cater to any number of guests, and accommodate any requests or dietary requirements.
With over 20 years’ as Head Chef at various establishments, such as the Michelin approved Gimbals Restaurant and the world renowned Titanic Spa, Mark works with carefully selected producers and farmers to expertly craft dishes using fresh, seasonal produce of the highest quality.
