Four Artisan cheeses to share, with homemade chutney, grapes, celery, smoked sea salt butter and artisan crackers
DRINKS
Kaiken Ultra Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina – intense and bright ruby in colour, with violet reflections, this wine has a fragrant nose of captivating spice and floral notes, mingled with fresh blueberry and blackberry aromas. The palate is well structured, with smooth tannins, a great length and freshness, and a complex finish.
Laureatus Albariño, Rías Baixas, Spain – The smell is dominated with intense ripe citrus fruits, green apple and pear aromas and subtle fennel complexities. Subtle tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango can be found on the palate with a balanced acidity, persistent length and elegant after taste.
